SHIPPING: Products can be shipped worldwide. Processing times needed for shipping varies from item to item. Most items ship within 3 days. Custom items need time to create so shipping times are a bit longer. Need your item sooner? Message me and I’ll see if I can make it happen! 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and duty that may apply. Dogs With Horns Jewelry is not responsible for any delays due to shipping or customs.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: I do not accept returns on custom made items. I gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery. Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyer assumes costs of return shipping. 

CANCELLATION POLICY ON CUSTOM ITEMS: Custom items may be cancelled within 24 hours. Once work has commenced (design or sculpting), cancellation is not possible. If you have any questions, please message me before ordering your commission piece. I want you to love your item so let’s communicate! 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 SIZING DETAILS: Necklace lengths can be adjusted as per your preference where design allows.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: All silver requires cleaning and polishing to keep it looking its best. To maintain the beauty of your piece and the longevity of your jewelry, please do not wear while showering or swimming and avoid harsh chemicals. Clean and polish with fine jewelry polishing cloth only.

Many of my pieces feature patinas or waxes that may fade over time. I am happy to have the items returned to me to have these refreshed free of charge (you will need to pay shipping costs however). I want you to love your jewelry so any issues, contact me!
